Welcome to PropTeaser.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the PropTeaser website, applications and services ("Platform"). By creating an account or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

PropTeaser is a cloud-based Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform that helps real estate professionals create, manage and share property marketing materials including:

• Property listings
• 1-page teasers
• Dynamic property brochures
• Property web pages
• WhatsApp property summaries
• Client database
• Company branding
• Marketing assets

PropTeaser is a technology platform owned and operated by SMT Exports, a partnership firm based out of Gurgaon, and is not a real estate brokerage, developer, legal advisor, financial advisor or property valuation service.

To use PropTeaser, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Have the legal authority to enter into contracts.
• Provide accurate registration information.
• Keep your login credentials secure.

Users are responsible for:

• Maintaining account confidentiality.
• Protecting passwords.
• All activities performed through their account.
• Keeping profile information up to date.

PropTeaser reserves the right to suspend accounts that contain false or misleading information.

PropTeaser offers multiple subscription plans. Features available depend on the selected plan. Plan limits may include:

• Number of active properties
• Marketing output types
• Storage limits
• Branding options
• Premium templates
• Team features

Plan details are displayed on the Pricing page and may be updated from time to time.

Paid subscriptions are processed through secure third-party payment providers. Prices are displayed before payment. Applicable taxes, including GST where required, may be added. Failure to complete payment may result in suspension of premium features.

The Free Plan is intended for evaluation and limited use. PropTeaser may modify Free Plan features or limits at any time.

Users retain ownership of:

• Property information
• Images
• Logos
• Marketing descriptions
• Uploaded documents

By uploading content, you grant PropTeaser a limited licence to process, store and display that content solely for providing the Platform's services.

Users are solely responsible for the accuracy of:

• Property details
• Prices
• Ownership information
• Availability
• Images
• Maps
• Documents

PropTeaser does not verify the authenticity of listings.

Users agree not to:

• Upload illegal or misleading content.
• Infringe intellectual property rights.
• Attempt unauthorised access.
• Introduce malware or malicious code.
• Use the Platform for fraudulent activities.
• Reverse engineer or copy the Platform.

The PropTeaser Platform, including its software, branding, templates, designs and proprietary technology, is owned by SMT Exports. Users may not copy, redistribute or resell any part of the Platform without written permission.

While we strive for high availability, PropTeaser does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Maintenance, upgrades or technical issues may occasionally affect availability.

The Platform may integrate with third-party services such as:

• Google Maps
• Google Authentication
• Razorpay
• Cloud hosting providers
• Analytics providers

PropTeaser is not responsible for the availability or policies of third-party services.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PropTeaser shall not be liable for:

• Loss of business
• Loss of profits
• Loss of data
• Indirect or consequential damages
• Decisions made based on property information published through the Platform

PropTeaser may suspend or terminate accounts that:

• Violate these Terms.
• Engage in fraudulent or illegal activity.
• Abuse the Platform or other users.
• Fail to make required subscription payments.

Users may stop using the Platform at any time. Termination does not automatically entitle a user to a refund unless stated in the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

We may add, modify or discontinue features to improve the Platform. Where practical, significant changes affecting users will be communicated in advance.

PropTeaser may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be published on the website with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Platform after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Gurugram, Haryana, India, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
